Antibacterial activity of CNSs against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was estimated. Higher inhibition zone 18 mm 20 were observed S. E.coli, respectively, at a concentration 2 mg/ml carbon nanosphere after 24 hrs incubation 37 ºC. In vitro cytotoxicity experiment performed on two parasite strains Leishmania donovani tropica by using MTT assay. L. revealed more sensitiv to the than tropica.
